We collect the information needed to assess your suitability for recruitment and placement: your name, phone number, location, identification number, date of birth, gender, work experience and, for international roles, passport and travel-related details. We apply data minimisation — we do not ask for information we do not need.
How we use your information
Your details are used to review applications, verify experience, shortlist candidates, present suitable candidates to employers and keep you informed about your application. Recruitment consent is separate from optional marketing consent, and marketing consent is never preselected.
Who can see your information
Candidate records are visible only to authorised Prime Edge Institute staff, according to their role. Sensitive identifiers are masked for staff who do not need to see them in full. Candidate details are never published publicly and identity documents are never made publicly accessible.
Data retention
Applicant records are archived, anonymised or deleted in line with Prime Edge Institute policy and applicable requirements. You may request that your record be updated, archived or removed by contacting our office.
Employer information
Employer and hiring-request details are used to identify and present suitable candidates, and to maintain a record of hiring history. Employer contact details are not published on the public site.
Terms of use
Job listings are provided in good faith based on information supplied by employers. Prime Edge Institute does not guarantee employment, and applicants should never pay any person for a placement outside our official, documented process. Misrepresentation of qualifications or documents may result in an application being rejected.
